Caroline Bossier


Caroline is an associate attorney at Johnson & Associates practicing civil litigation and commercial transactions. Caroline represents clients in a wide range of commercial, real estate, and insurance litigation matters, including actions for breach of contract, bad faith, breach of fiduciary duties and fraud.

A Louisiana native, Caroline attended Louisiana State University where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in International Trade and Finance.  As an undergraduate, Caroline interned for Arthur J. Gallagher in London, England, where she gained experience in analyzing the meaning and scope of various types of contracts.

Caroline earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center where she competed nationally as a member of the Moot Court team and served as the Program’s Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law. Prior to joining Johnson & Associates Caroline gained significant litigation experience as a law clerk at a Houston insurance defense and subrogation law firm.

Outside of the office, Caroline enjoys skiing, tennis, and golf, as well as her charitable work with St. Jude.
