Ron is a veteran litigator with over 15 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, and public entities across a wide spectrum of legal disputes. His practice has encompassed family law, criminal defense, consumer protection, probate, property, and commercial litigation, reflecting a deep versatility and commitment to client advocacy.
Throughout his career, Ron has represented clients in contested divorces, custody battles, and protective order hearings; defended individuals in misdemeanor and felony criminal matters; and pursued claims involving deceptive trade practices, insurance disputes, and breach of contract. His work also includes drafting wills and business formation documents, advising on real estate conflicts, and litigating probate and property disputes.
Ron is admitted to practice in Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law, where he served as Associate Editor of the Corporate Counsel Review and received Pro Bono Honors for his work with the Criminal Justice Project. He holds a B.A. in History from Texas A&M University and served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve with the 4th Reconnaissance Battalion.
