HOUSTON, TEXAS (April 20, 2018) —Johnson & Associates attorneys Christopher Johnson and Justin Kornegay represented an area hospice company and its CEO who were sued along with six of its subsidiary hospice companies by former employees alleging a scheme to defraud Medicare. We successfully moved to dismiss Plaintiffs’ complaint and successfully avoided attempts to replead Plaintiffs’ complaint, obtaining a dismissal with prejudice.
