Robert Buss is an experienced trial attorney who has participated in over thirty jury trials and more than one hundred contested evidentiary hearings. Robert is a zealous advocate for his clients who strives to bring them the results they deserve. Robert represents clients in civil and business litigation in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining Johnson & Associates, PLLC, Robert defended clients in personal injury and business disputes in a civil litigation firm. Robert was also a Chief Prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office in the Trial, Fraud and Public Corruption divisions and directed fraud prosecution for the Galveston County District Attorney’s Office. Robert’s legal experience ranges from representing clients in eight figure business disputes and wrongful death litigation to prosecuting murderers, white collar criminals, and organized crime.
Robert is a Cum Laude graduate of South Texas College of Law. Before his legal career, Robert served his country as paratrooper with the United States Army as an intelligence analyst.
