CONROE, TEXAS (January 24, 2022) – Johnson & Associates obtained a judgment of $700,000.00 dollars in the 457th District County of Montgomery County, Texas. Partner Christopher Johnson and Associate Attorney Brandon Evans represented Bello Insurance Services, Inc., and Christopher Bello in a lawsuit based on the sale of an Allstate Insurance Agency. In a three-day trial, Johnson & Associates successfully defended their clients against the purchaser’s claim for indemnity, fraud, and fraud in the inducement. Johnson & Associates were also successful in their counterclaim for breach of contract. The Court denied all of the purchaser’s indemnity and fraud claims and awarded Johnson & Associates’ clients all of their damages, attorney’s fees, interest payments, and court costs and expenses.
