Ms. Jenkins manages the Firm’s corporate practice and advises clients in transactions through every stage from entity formation, preparation of governing documents, private equity investments, capital raises, asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions, as well as counseling businesses in their day to day operations. Ms. Jenkins also maintains a robust commercial and civil litigation practice where she represents a variety of industries and individual in contested matters. Ms. Jenkins is a graduate of the University of Houston and Mississippi College School of Law.
